Documents

Contrary to what many people believe, to buy a house, unless you want to take out a mortgage for which the bank will indicate the documents to be submitted, you do not need many documents. The documents that the buyer must provide are:

1. Identification document: valid identity card or passport;
2. Fiscal code: 16-digit alphanumeric code which identifies each natural person. Our agency takes care of making it available to its customers;
3. Bank account: since all the money that will be used for economic transactions will have to be tracked, you will need to have a bank account in Italy. Again, if you don't already have it, our agency will help you open it.
